- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been struck off the list of clients as I didn't go to an appointment. In July I had treatment and was told I could book yearly appointments. The receptionist said she would cancel all other appointments. The ! missed, appointment was in January- 6 months after my treatment. The receptionist was kurt and d said 'I always have 6 month appointments' she insisted she had given me an appointment card. Can you remember who you spoke to 6 months ago?Why would I make an appointment for 6 months when I said I was going to go yearly.? My doctors surgery send text reminders of appointments.
